What is actually free?
Signing your own PDFs is free forever with no account. Sending documents for signature is free too, including unlimited documents, recipients, signatures and audit trails.
So what does Pro pay for?
Storage, and the conveniences that come with it. Pro keeps every file forever instead of the free plan's retention window, allows longer link expiry, and adds reminders.
How long do you keep my files?
Documents you send for signature are kept 5 days on the free plan and forever on Pro. The audit trail is kept either way. Documents you sign yourself are never stored at all.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan needs no payment details, and you are never charged without choosing to upgrade.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
