Refund Policy
Last updated 21 August 2026
Putmysign Pro is a monthly subscription sold through our merchant of record, Paddle. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
1. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account menu, which opens the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that your account returns to the Free plan and files become subject to Free-plan retention following a 30-day download grace period.
2. Refunds
- First payment — 14-day guarantee. If Pro isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
- Renewals. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable because the service (file retention, extended signing deadlines, reminders) is delivered for the full period. We will refund a renewal charged within 7 days of a cancellation request that we failed to process, or where a billing error occurred.
- Service failure. If a sustained outage or defect prevented you from using the Service for a material part of a billing period, contact us and we will refund or credit that period.
- Unused time. We do not prorate refunds for the unused portion of a month after cancellation.
Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Taxes collected are refunded with the payment.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@putmysign.com from the address on your account with the subject "Refund" and your order number (from the Paddle receipt). We reply within 2 business days. You may also contact Paddle support directly from your receipt.
4. Abuse
We may decline refunds where the policy is being abused (for example repeated subscribe–refund cycles) or where the account breached our Terms of Service.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer-protection law in your country, including any cooling-off or withdrawal rights that cannot be waived.
